I feel so stupid now. I probably did awful on most of it. Plus, now I don't know how to get any of my coursework done tonight because I'm so tired and drained and I can't focus or think anymore, not even to watch TV or listen to music and relax. I don't have to get the work done now, and my parents said to just sleep but I know I won't be able to even though I'm exhausted because my mind feels awake, just foggy. I honestly have no idea what would be tolerable to do for the rest of my day.

Don't worry- it's probably not the sort of thing you can "do awful" on :) And even if it is... does it matter?

As for the rest of your post, I know that feeling of being too tired to relax. I would suggest taking a paracetamol and going to bed.

Do not take drugs. Do something relaxing, like a snack and a bath or some music and just zone out for a while.

Does Benadryl work on emotional pain/anxiety? If so, that would be awesome. I remember when I was a kid my doctor told my mom to give me Alka-Seltzer when I got irrationally moody after eating food that I was sensitive to.

Don't mean to go off-topic, but this reminds me of something that happened years ago when I went to a convention in Las Vegas. There were a lot of little things given way at this convention, trick golf balls, bottle openers, nail clippers, post it note pads, pens, you get the idea. One of the companies at this convention gave out Alka-Seltzer, which was appropriate because after all it was Las Vegas. At the end of the night I went to a bar at one of the casinos. There was an attendee from the convention sitting next to me at the bar. This guy was hammered! I don't know if he could walk straight, but he could barely sit straight. He started talking to me and I thought it was kind of funny so I talked to him for a little while. When I was ready to leave, I said my goodbyes to him and he said something along the lines of 'oh my God, I'm going to feel like s**t in the morning'. So I pulled the packet of Alka-Seltzer that I got from the convention out of my shirt pocket and I said, "here, take these." I started to walk out of the bar and before I could get out I heard a commotion behind me and turned around. There were people gathering around this guy and he was on the floor. I went back to see what happen and one of the people said, "he's having a seizure he's foaming at the mouth!" What had happened and was I told the guy to take the Alka-Seltzer's so he literally put the Alka-Seltzers in his mouth and fell out of his chair. I almost pissed myself laughing and the people around me thought I was incredibly rude for doing so, story of my life.

Anyway, I hope that story cheers you up a little bit girlwithAsperger's, but it's more likely if this is just more of my inappropriate humor. Hope you feel better soon.

Benadryl is an allergy medication, it makes you a bit sleepy and some people use it as a sleep aid. If you can't get to sleep and you're exhausted, it's a fair shot--though, if that were me, I think I'd try some chamomile tea with honey or something first. Not that chamomile tea is actually a sleeping potion, really; more that it's warm and sweet and comforting and might help you unwind enough to get some rest.
