I just realized something about my autism. I'm having a very physically difficult day. It's one of those where your goal is simply to get through it. I started stimming early this morning and it makes the day go by much faster and better than it would without stimming. After 4 years, I'm still learning things about my autism. So, my question is if anyone else has noticed this and if it is autism related...

Stimming comforts me. I think things go faster when you are feeling better and slower when you are feeling worse. So stimming helps me get through tough days easier and faster.

I do the same thing.

I think we can all agree it's comfortable and pleasant!
