I myself like to ruffle a boy's hair if it's short. I don't know your age. But if you want to do that easily, grow a beard. Then you can rub it and pretend you're thinking deeply.
Playing with my beard is my most common, frequent stim. I do it all the time. I tug and pull on it too. I hate to shave for the sole purpose of when I rub there's nothing there to play with anymore.
I also like cutting my hair down to 1/4 of an inch because at that length it's spiky and I like to rub it constantly. Even the ladies like doing that too.
