Me too. Now I don't have a job. Still wondering what one is worse. Hang in there. In the meantime, you might as well look around for other work, and keep your options open. Do not tell anyone what you are doing. Use an email address no one knows. Good luck. Sounds like you need to start a career in acting. Probably like everyone else you work with.

I"m a software eng. Money is good (100+). My boss likes me, My other bosses like me because I do good work but....

1. Lots of extroverts!
2. Politics
3. Pecking order
4. Lot of Bull s**t talking to get people to do things.
5. Boring work that is easy for me to do, but people think it's a f*****g big deal.

If I were you, I would keep being you. Hang in there, and save all the money you can for a brighter future. Like a Winnebago.
