Hey guys I was just wondering what it could be ...
1 - I certainly have trouble with recognizing people's faces... Not sure though how much the fact that I don't look people I don't know well in the face affects that  But even if I do I won't recognize it later anyway
2 - I get lost anywhere. Even if I've been to the place thousands of times, like my college campus.
3 - I confuse some words, like "on", "in", "in front of"; "borrow" and "lend"; "go" and "come".
4 - I forget things, confuse the dates of appointments, lose objects, have trouble following verbal instructions... Guess this is trouble with executive function.
5 - I'm awful at telling distances, how much time has passed, etc

I sometimes (usually when I come back down to Earth) get the "who am I where am I" feeling, like a completely forgetful confused brain.
1 - I wonder what it could be... I read it sounds like dyspraxia, but I don't have major coordination problems, just a little clumsy, and I lack the other symptoms too. Any ideas?
2 - Does anyone here experience it too?
3 - I don't know if I have aspergers and giftedness or just giftedness, but those symptoms sound more like aspergers than gifted... Or not? Or unrelated?
EDIT - but those symptoms seem to be more related to aspergers than to my giftedness (so maybe I'm both)... Or are they not related at all?
Any help here?

What does this have to do with being gifted? I experience most of this.

The first set just seems like my normal life, I do 1, 4 and 5, I think just part of aspergers

second set is not dyspraxia wich is really just more of being clumsy as a definition

I do have this sort of thing, where I will be going along and I know I am on my way home, but suddenly I don't remember any of the buildings even though I am in a familiar neighborhood. Don'[t know what it is called though.

No, I didn't mean I was gifted because of any of this, what I meant was I'm gifted and besides being gifted I eperience this. What is it and does it have anything to do with aspergers?
I'm going to edit the post because maybe I didn't make myself clear. Sorry about that

Thanks for your help!
So do you think 1, 4 and 5 are related to aspergers? What other kind of characteristics could distinguish a gifted person from a gifted aspie?
I have sensory processing issues, obssessive interests and I'm socially awkward, but those are all characteristics of gifted people too :?

Numbers 2-5 can all be symptoms of dyslexia.

I have a problem recognizing faces. If I see someone I know in a place I don't expect them to be I don't recognize them. I may think it sort of looks like or reminds me of them but I can never be totally sure it is them, so I don't say hello unless they say it first. I can always recognize my friends and family though... I know their clothing, accessories, hair styles, body movements, posture etc.
I don't have problem with verbal instructions because I tend to remember things people say exactly as they said it to the point of needing to correct people if they repeat what someone said differently.
I don't get lost.
I occasionally mix up words even though I am aware I'm doing it.
