I have a lot of grievances around a subject, but cannot articulate them in a coherent fashion. Therapy has not helped with this. At times, I am left feeling very frustrated and angry at the world because of the persistence of my grievances. What can I do?

Are you seeking advice around the subject, or feel it best to find distraction?

possibly use an intermediary? I find when attempting to communicate a problem since I am intricately involved I many times end up triggering violent protest from the other party when all I want is a solution. By communicating to someone who can intervene I have no involvement with them and so it is easier to describe the situation and what I want out of it. Then they can take the problem to the other party - since they are not involved , they can be dispassionate AND the other party is not triggered by either me or my words.

If articulation itsself is a stumblingblock try going offline into your word processing program and just try writing about it. And write the same thing over and over, redrafting it, and rewording it. It might both sharpen your thinking about the issue, and sharpen your ability to speak about the issue.

On the tenth draft, who knows? Maybe you will have paired it down to an easily expressable nub.
