If you take the sentence to the letter, it is almost certainly false and you have no way to ever know how. Maybe my next door neighbour has built a searchable database of autism service providers for his personal use and put it online with a password on his personal web server. It is online, it is available (to him) and it is searchable. And you have no way of knowing about it.
If you rephrase it as "I have the only publicly available online searchable database of autism service providers currently", then it is something we can check.
But unfortunately, it is false too. To cite the only one I know, the
National Autistic Society has
such a database (for UK services). Probably other associations maintain similar databases for other countries. I don't know where you are from and where the services your database list are located but probably you should mention that in your statement. If you limit yourself to services in one country or area it makes it easier to check that you are the only one.
