tell jessica hi from em,it sounds less of a mouthful than kingdom of rats.
tell jessica if she is interested in online stuff;when she gets to twelve there is a very good social network just for people with IDs,am sure its from twelve they allow,PM for link to the site;they dont like it being publicaly posted as it attracts predators and trolls not surprising.

Yah she's to young to understand but I'm hoping she'll be an advocate someday.
she is so sweet.
quite a few friends/fellow activists at the social services ID team service user panel have downs so theres every chance jessica may go onto do it if she wants to,we get paid work and also help the team who work with us and speak for others who dont have the capacity at all to communicate their thoughts; better understand disabilities and how services shoud help us from our view.
unfortunately the social services in america doesnt seem to be anything like ours over here though.
many people with downs become fully independant when theyre older;having their own flats [is that called condos in america?] and having proper paying jobs, a old online young friend of mine from a ID social network had mosaic downs [a form of downs which usualy doesnt have ID,and they have very few of the physical features of downs]- she actualy goes to a UK university and is doing a degree in media!
