People HAVE made fun of my

pacing,
talking to myself,
taking thing literally,
other stims,
and a few other Aspie things,

At least YOU had a valid recognized excuse! The above happened to me when I thought it was pretty much just ME! LUCKILY though, nobody really ever made fun of it for that long.

Yep. All of the above. And attempting to dance... that never ceases to evoke unintended laughter.

Yea, my mum likes to poke fun at me for my aspie traits. But, she also sees how they can actually be helpful in the right situation. I guess I'm so unattached emotionally, it makes me perfect for talking to cops, kicking my sister's arsewipe BF's out when they point guns at the baby *long story*, pretty much anything. She also like how I see everything so black and white, gives her hope for my generation.

Although she didn't appreciate the aspie-ness when I brought home a drug test and cornered her. She won't get over it.

Oddly enough, she refuses to belive I have aspergers! She just thinks there is a group of people out there with this form of autism, and I just happen to be similar, but in no way have AS. Crazy woman.

Rest of the family thinks I'm flat out nuts though, and its always blamed on my mum, since she is an only child, they figure her genectics must have screwed up. Or her parenting style. Or whatever the excuse is this week.

Some other authors wrote it was "to quoque, fili ?", which means "you too, my son ?"
This is because, at the time, Latin was the written language ; educated Romans spoke Greek.
In reality, Caesar said "kai su, teknon ;" (sorry to write this in Latin alphabet), which means "and you, my dearest" (literraly "my pet").

I don't tend to get betrayed.

I've found my predictions of the way people will react to certain circumstances, at least roughly, tend to be accurate.... so they don't tend to get the oppurtunity to deceive me. And besides, I don't generally trust anyone to do anything more than what is personally in their best interests.... in accordance with their particular personality tendencies of course.
