Autism support in schools
hi everyone, so im moving across country very soon, and my dad wants me to go back to school, which i can agree with, but i cant go to a public school, for these reasons
* i tend to hit other students
* i dont get along with teachers
* i dont do my work
* i need specific 1 on 1 help with Math, English, and Social Studies but i dont know of any Autism schools in alberta
i also need help getting up in the morning and going to school, because i cant do it on my own.
so, i need to know what kind of support i can get in those areas, my dad cant help me, when we move hell be working A LOT. i literally have no supporting family members other than my dad.

I started public school for 2013/14. My best friend/ next door neighbor is my helper at school, helping me with my locker and getting from class to class - and getting to and from school if we take the school bus. Also I bombed out of my mainstream classes and am back to what little special ed they have there.
As far as home goes I don't know what to say, because I need the same kind of help.
It would be impossible for me to wake up, get ready, put my clothes on right, remember to get all my stuff, and make it to the bus, get off the bus to class etc - all by myself. Things would just go wrong. Left unattended I just sit around in my underwear on the internet and gaming. I probably wouldn't even know if it was a school day or not.
