looked alright and didn't have typos?

I do it obsessively, every time, even if I knew what I wrote was fine.

I check before I even hit the submit key. But I still find errors in my post afterwards when I happened to read it again after it's been posted.

Only sometimes, so I can't vote in your poll, so I can't see the results...

I usually do at least one of the two, sometimes both ( "both" should be an option )

I always check after posting to see if I made any errors (same case for when I am previewing), and to make sure I am not ninja'd, which can sometimes happen, especially in the Off The Wall subforum.

I compulsively edit as I type, which is consequently why I don't use "preview". My spelling and grammar aren't that great, which is why I continually revise. I'm sure mistakes get by me sometimes, and now and then I'm just lazy.

I write it. I read it. I spell check it (in Word). I re-read it. Eventually, I post it. A bit obsessive. Sigh.

I'm the same as you. Sometimes I Preview, sometimes I check after posting, sometimes I never check it.

I just type it up and then read it before clicking preview or submit. Same goes for emails and other similar things. Then I hit submit and leave it alone.

Both preview and after posting. My first language is not English, and I sometimes spend literally hours with one post before hitting the submit button.

Why not use a spell check plugin for your browser? It would make things a lot easier as you wouldn't have to copy it back and forth. I use one for Firefox and haven't had any issues with it.

I type it, read it, preview it, submit it, check it, read it, edit it, submit, check it, read it, edit it.... sometimes I edit the same thing back and forth, not sure which version is right. English isn't my primary language so I see mistakes everytime I check. I can never say the post is truly OK.
