How fast can you find a four leaf clover?

It's been a long time since I looked for any four leaf clovers, but today I started looking and found one right away, in less than 30 seconds. Within a few minutes I had a dozen.

With my luck, it'll take eons over many lives.

Sometimes I spot them instantly. I once found a clover patch near my school and I could find about ten four leaf clovers and a few five leaf clovers.

Is super-glue allowed?

A patch outside my parents' house used to have lots of four, five, and even six leaf clovers. I once brought a bunch in to school to hand out to my classmates, an unsuccessful bid to get people to like me

Never found one.

Haha! ive found three in my lifetime, and i didnt spend hours looking either, i had just looked down and there it was.

It depends where I look for it. For example there never was any in my garden (all clovers there seem to be 3 leaves) but in my friends garden there was a spot where I found like 6 four leave clovers within a minute. There was a lot of them, like 10% of the clovers got 4 or 5 leaves.

Ten seconds, I have one inside my wallet.

If you spot one, there will be many around that area because it means that population has the four leaf mutation.

My 11 year old finds them all the time without effort. I believe he has a talent for seeing spacial patterns. On his evaluations he tests high in this area. I would love to encourage this talent. What areas of work would this fall into?

It's been suggested to me many times that I should have a job in something like quality control, because I can spot tiny flaws or mistakes that other people miss. On the other hand, I can ALSO miss things that are obvious to other people, so I'm not sure that would be the best job for me. lol

This isn't exactly the same thing, but I have a particular talent for merchandising. I can look at a product set in a store, analyze the size/shape of each product, shelf depth etc. and rearrange the entire set pretty quickly to make it more pleasing to the eye and/or make space for more products.

Some people are just good at finding anomalies, not necessarily in a spatial pattern, this could lend itself well to working with data, computer programming, or scientific research.

I've never been able to find one despite looking around quite a few times.

I've only ever found one, in near-54 years of looking!

And I spotted it when I wasn't even actively looking.

I did then look around the same spot for more, but there was nothing but regular three-leaved clover. I still have it, it's in a frame above my desk where I'm sitting now.
