hazahh! i went out with my best friend ive known since grade 1, and met her Boy Friend, and felt NO anxiety! i could think clearly and plan out my responses to things clearly! i think i made some mistakes but i did OK! i just remembered all the social rules ive learned and did it, i feel really proud.

Good for you and dont worry about mistakes cause there gonna happen.even nt's make mistakes.

yeah! thank you and im doing better than i used to, i used to hit and bite people and talk too loudly, now i know i cant do that.
