I tried drinking nothing but water when not eating a meal, and it gets boring real quick.
Last summer I was putting lime slices and ice in my thermos cup, then I could refill with water and/or ice and have something tasty the whole day.
At the moment I am back to an addiction to coffee, because of the cold, but coffee sucks, it stains your teeth and keeps you up.
You need to kick that Coke habit, it has sugar, and the either the carbonation or phosphoric acid does something to your teeth. I would have to Google it. Found this on the Colgate site, which I wouldn't really consider bias free ....

Soft drinks have emerged as one of the most significant dietary sources of tooth decay, affecting people of all ages. Acids and acidic sugar byproducts in soft drinks soften tooth enamel, contributing to the formation of cavities. In extreme cases, softer enamel combined with improper brushing, grinding of the teeth or other conditions can lead to tooth loss.
Sugar-free drinks, which account for only 14 percent of all soft drink consumption, are less harmful1. However, they are acidic and potentially can still cause problems.
Maybe less harmful for your teeth, then again if one has good oral hygene I don't think they are going to suffer a ton of tooth decay from soda....I could be wrong but I'd think regularly brushing and what not would prevent the stuff in the soda from sitting there and corroding teeth too much. Also though the fake sweetners are very bad for ones health worse....its worse for physical health to drink diet soda rather than regular.
I don't really like soda anymore unless its the natural kind...without high fructose corn syrup and all the other nasty crap.
