I know this is a long shot but does anyone know of any good aspie therapists or anything of the sort for adults? In the Orlando, FL area? In desperate need!

I have no personal experience with therapists there. However, I have heard good things about UCF CARD. I'm not sure if they provide counseling for adults (or anyone) or not, but you could probably email them and ask if they do or if they could recommend someone for you.

I'm in Orlando as well.

UCF CARD program will not even talk to you unless you have an official AS diagnosis.

You can however, receive free therapy at the UCF Community Counseling Center ..there's a wait list for it though and the therapists are doctorate students...but they're quite good.

I PM'd you the info of the only therapist in Orlando I found that not only has decades of experience with AS patients, she also has a brother with AS.
