I scored a 146 on the Ritvo Autism Asperger Diagnostic Scale (RAADS-R). I have been trying to find a way to get an official diagnosis, but the local Autism center does not take Medicare (my insurance). Does anyone have any suggestions regarding the acquisition of an adult diagnosis?

Welcome to WP!

Have you tried talking to any local psychiatrists or psychologists?

I asked the people at the Autism center if they knew any in the area that diagnosed, and they didn't have any suggestions, but I guess I could go through the phone book. Do they still have phone books?
