Try this : The Infinite Jukebox

You upload a MP3, the software finds patterns and similitudes into different parts of the song, and it plays it forever. The song is always the same and always different. I find it amazing. I just wanted to share it with you.

Oh wow - that sounds really cool. I'm going to have to give it a try sometime. :)

I haven't done the song on repeat thing for probably a couple months or so now, but the last time I did it I remember I set one song to play on my mp3 player and went for a 10km run while listening to the same song over and over.. which wasn't an upbeat running song, so didn't help my performance at all. But it was meaningful & I enjoyed it for it's meaning to me. 8)

Interesting, thanks for pointing it out. How does it work with songs that have lyrics though? Do they get scrambled or repeated?

I haven't uploaded a MP3 myself, but listened to some of the tracks on there, which all had lyrics. Interesting concept, but the transitions are very jarring to listen to sometimes. I like the loop figure, though. :) Thanks for sharing.
