Autism Trains and Sensory Issues
I was just curious if Anyone has huge sensory and anxiety issues with the trains and subway stations around them. I feel thag the sounds of trsins in the subway stations are to loud move to fast and that they might be a little dangerous but I hate the sensory issues in the subway station because whenever a train passes its too fast or too loud. I can often feel the breeze and the movement of the train under my feet and it makes me scared that I might fall in the train tracks. Am I the only one that feels these ways in a subway station. I also get scared in the train because its loud crowded and I have to stand. My legs will lock up my hands get clammy I start to sweat my eyes start to get teary and I start to feel a feeling I never really understood. My whole body then begins to tremble. It would help if I knew some other people on yhr spectrum with this problem.
