One of our fellow contributers to WP has been on interview with Sonja Gupda(sorry,no clue on the spelling)last night and tonight. They said they found her through her UTUBE video which she also has posted here.

I am a little confused why no one else has mentioned this and if I am being inapropriate in doing so.Am I going over some boundary....if so,my apologies to Amanda.I hope the interview will be on UTUBE soon,I found it very interesting and I think will go along way in educating people about Autism. The most confussing thing for me,perhaps you can respond Amanda....they said you were "LFA".....I think you are cognitively high functioning AND you were hyperlyxic as a child....?Bit confused about that.

My personal thanks to Amanda for letting others into her world....it is something I would have difficulty doing but I think more
needs to be done to show the diversity of Autism.

I saw the video. At first, I thought it was a rather poor example of interpretive dance. However, I know now that her motions and sounds were just a way of expressing her experience with the world because I know now that Amanda is, in fact, nonverbal.

I sure heard it, I kind of wondered if she might be here. Sorry about talking to you in the third person Amanda, I don't know you. I believe I mentioned it on the newbie part of the forums. If I didn't my bad.

Amanda you have just opened a huge door for me, at least if my instincts are correct. There are no words I can express to you, my deepest feelings for your articulate, insightful and wonderful words.

Most humbly yours
