18+ Social groups throughout Kent, UK - recently started

Throughout Kent, groups have started in:

- Dartford - second Monday morning of the month (incorporating Swanley portion of Sevenoaks)
- Gravesend - second Thursday afternoon of the month
- Maidstone - second Friday afternoon of the month
- Tonbridge - second Wednesday evening of the month
- Tunbridge Wells - first Monday morning of the month

- Sittingbourne
- Sheerness
- Ashford
- Canterbury
- Folkesone
- Thanet (Margate or Ramsgate, I forget which)

We are looking at starting a Sevenoaks group, however, due to low numbers, those with Autistic Spectrum Condition incorporating Asperger Syndrome are advised to attend alternative groups in the county.

As this service is commissioned by Kent County Council, Medway residents are ineligible to attend, and should attend alternative groups provided by The Kent Autistic Trust, and those in neighbouring Bexley & Bromley to attend The Burgess Autistic Trust.

We provide opportunities to meet like-minded people, provide social outings and discuss pressing concerns of ours living on the Spectrum.

If you would like any further details, please feel free to reply to this thread, or send me a PM. I am not employed by Kent County Council, nor Advocacy For All, the charity KCC have commissioned to run these groups, just merely volunteer on an ad-hoc bass for their west of Kent team.
