Legos. Star Wars Legos to be exact. I love how they feel on my fingers and seeing something created out of hundreds of tiny components. My wife marvels how I can constantly work on the same model or look for them online constantly. I especially like my R2-D2!!

Your thread has a twin. Maybe one of the mods will put the two of them together for you.

Model trains and lots of them, 3 different scales of them to be exact. I have my father's Lionel set from the late 1940's, HO scale on my indoor layout and G scale outdoors in my garden that also includes locomotives that run on real steam. But when I flip, I change over to RC cars and antique garden tractors that I like to restore. I have been into these hobbies since I was a child and have never given them up for any decent length of time. I only put one down when I go them my flipping. Mike

Not now but I have had past the point that it was considered age appropriate.

Also, I do still collect frog stuffed animals.

I'm actually trying to be a bit more productive with my lego. It seems I am getting quite obsessed with the art of Brickfilms and plan to start making my own soon. I've spent countless hours this week on youtube researching various techniques and planning what equipment I need and stuff like that.

The good thing about living on my own is that I've already given myself permission to turn a corner of my bedroom into an animation studio

Yup - me too. Star Wars Lego and model trains (HO scale).

Seems to be a common theme......

Sorry to be unoriginal , but... model railways and Lego :D

You need quite a bit of room for a (OO gauge) model railway layout and sadly I don't have that so I can't have one (sob)

I have some Lego, which can all be kept in a storage tub and doesn't take up much room. I'm not really interested in the minifigs or in collecting the sets but I do like to use it as "modelling material" to make my own creations. I'd like to have a go at animation with it some day.

I have 46 Corgi Routemasters and I've recently started buying Hot Wheels. I'm also looking for glow in the dark Lego.

Obsessed with action figures.

Also love LEGO and "Star Trek" models.
