I often have very different opinions about the same subject. It makes it kind of hard to communicate. I often end up only being able to communicate one of them at the same time and I end up looking like a black and white thinker.

being able to hold two contradictory thoughts in your working memory at one time, is a sign of some kind of exceptional mentality, for good or ill.

Those thoughts often seem contradictory at first, but when I really think about them and discuss them I find out how to merge them into one coherent thought.

Another way is to remain 'undecided' when contradictory ideas are floating around in your mind. Don't entertain a single opinion until such times as one firmly establishes itself.

I like to say; 'the jury is out' because it's sorta like that.

I am the same way. Often times if I am talking with someone else and come to a more intelligent topic, I may need to take a small break to piece everything together, weigh pros and cons, find a side that has a better effect (tough deciding with some things..) once I weigh everything then and only then can I go back to talking with that person. I always fell like I need to make the right choice will all the facts, I come up VERY black and white to other people, but im ok with that,
