I've been here for three years now and have had God knows how many meltdowns. When no one in my world can bring themselves to offer support, WrongPlanet has gotten me through. So thanks. WrongPlanet is one of the good things in the world.
It's funny how people who don't have autism just don't get us, no matter how well intentioned. But we don't get them, so I guess that's fair.

I want to say something appropriately positive, but I am not sure quite what to say.

Live long and prosper, Ann2011! (too trekkie?)
Hodor! (too GoT fanboi-ish?)

Perhaps that is the best I can do. :)

I don't have autism and I still love this site... Then again, my best friend has it, and he's one of the only people I'm comfortable with, so maybe I do...

Of course not; there's no such thing as "too trekkie"! :D

When I'm here I always feel welcome, I am understood, and accepted for who I am.

Couldn't ask for much more.

But at least we know we don't get them - they often seem to think they get us even when they don't.

Anyway, I'm glad you enjoy WrongPlanet. :)
