am all for having medications that improve a persons quality of life but not to change a person because it makes life easier for other people,which am worried is how this drug woud be used by parents of young kids who think their LF or HF child is a tragedy.
NB;no aspies are cognitively impaired [if that refers to intellectual disability] to be properly diagnosed with AS they have to have had an IQ of over seventy, which is why they are known as HFA,by comparison LFA refers to those of us on the spectrum who have a profesionaly assessed equaly balanced PIQ and VIQ under seventy and on top of that;a load of functioning assessments carried out that show a low functioning profile.
no drug will cure our ID unless physical changes can be made,a ID cure is something we will only ever see in flowers for algernon.
