I agree, I am always being told that I am too fast, walking, talking, working, thinking . . .
Occasionally this causes mishaps (like walking into a glass door, several times - not the same one though:), annoyance (the talking and working bit), frustration (thinking - makes me skip words, sentences, chapters in discussions, and keeps me awake at night), so all in all neither being perceived as too slow nor too fast is easy to live with.
The best option for me is to accept the way I operate so others can learn to accept it too.
