Are there any peple with NLD who have good career based on their strengthes and interests? For me it would be useful to know how is it possible, what did they done and so on. Although I'm not 100% sure I have NLD, by all descriptions it is, and I have it for all my life. It is really affecting all aspects of living.

My situation with career is terrible - I have IT Engineer master's degree (years in university were really hard, every semester they wanted to kick me off as underachieving but I finally got the diploma) and job in this area, I completely hate both engineering and IT. My real interests are history and political science, but in my country (Russia - hate it either, but no chances to leave the country) such degrees are on very low level, almost useless, and very little amount of relevant careers so MA's of social sciences here have to work as store consultants, car mechanics or McDonald's managers mainly. I also successfully try journalism but because of terribly high competition it's almost impossibe to raise money for life - exactly all that I publish now is for free.

And now I have to go to job I hate with no more chances and ideas how to get out of it. I can't afford foreign education (it costs too much for me), parents are not going to help me, I have no friends. I can't even afford losing this job or I'll have nothing to eat and nowhere to live (I rent a room).

Every day I think about committing suicide. I'm in a dead end.

you have a good-paying job that supports a hobby you love- journalism. doesn't sound like the end of the world to me. not perfect, but not the end of the world. journalism doesn't pay well in the states either.

But I hate this job. I'm so tired of everyday doing some s**t with computer programs, bugs, meetings with devs and users, and so on. I was enduring this for years but I can't anymore. I have serious problems because os all this last monhs - I become very nervous, sleep badly, always anxious, hands often shaking and I become really aggressive especially in owercrowded public transport.

I have no these problems on weekend, when I'm writing articles or going on foreign trip - so it's really becsue of having a careere I hate.

And the worst thing is that this job takes all my time - a get up an 7 a.m. come home at 9 p.m., eat and just fall - I'm so tired so I can only sleep. So I have time for hobbies only on weekends, and more than 5/7 of my life is just wasted.

Great! It worked for last years but not now.
If I'd be able to use such an easy methods - then wouldn't write here all above text, asking advices from people which I even don't know. But I'm looking for real answer, or some ideas, maybe even some inspiration of others' answer.
