Just melatonin and my own independent herbalism studies. Glucosamine tabs because I'm a cyclist lately though...

None.

The psyche meds I've tried in the past just made me worse.

Are you sure about losartan for anxiety? I'm on that med, along with HCTZ and atenolol for hypertension.

Prozac - For depression, though I seem to fit bipolar II, which makes it not the best choice. I can say it might make me a bit sleepy, or do nothing at all.
Abilify - Makes me less crazy
Humira - Makes my body not attack my gastrointestinal tract
Vyvanse - Because I do fit ADHD, and it works.
Vitamin D - Becuase the doc said mine was low
I also have a med in case I have tummy aches. Derived from belladonna I think. Hyoscyamine
If I have diarrhea I am supposed to take immodium for it.
And I have on and off taken Align, a fancy designer gut bacteria that doesn't seem to do much for me.
I also took magnesium because it helped with charlie horse's and headaches.
Oh, and caffeine, that counts. COFFEE!! !! !! !! !! !

So, I have more for treating my bowel and nutrient problems than stuff to make me act like less of a depressed idiot.

@Meistersinger - You're right abut the Losartan being for HTN. My bad.

I guess I was thinking about the Prazosin which is used for both the HTN and sleep disturbances related to PTSD which I have.

Pharmaceuticals? None.

Herbs? Many.

+ Cannabis - which is mostly for recreational purposes. 8)

Which reminds me, I should have a toke right about now.

Tomorrow will be a good day.. it's Cannabis Day! :D (celebrated on Canada Day) and so I think I'll go downtown and hang out with some chill people and smoke some meds, then maybe stick around and watch the fireworks down by the water later on.

Sertraline (50mg).

It has worked very well. I can now be in more control of my emotions, and has reduced the feelings of anger and depression what I kept on suffering with before I went on meds. I knew I was becoming quite mentally ill with depression. But since I have been on meds, I have noticed an improvement in my behaviour and thoughts, and so have a lot of close relatives. My face even isn't as pale as it used to be. And even outsiders have said that I seem happier and also more optimistic. I do feel more optimistic too.
