What advice would you give to someone to help them with their autistic burnouts??

Follow a schedule and think what you are going to do before you do it. Don't do to much on a day and take a rest if you have done a lot. Even 20 minutes shutting your eyes can help very well.

Listen to your body. If you feel terrible, if your mood is often bad, if you aren't sleeping, if you keep getting acne or infections or other weird medical stuff, you need to change something, and maybe you need to just stop doing something altogether. Don't just hope it will get better. Also, don't try to drug yourself to cope.
