EDIT: My ambition is to move the discussion from defining what autism is, and moving forward once you have the definition.

How about mentioning the different ways autistics think? :-) I'm still wondering if maybe I have some form of synesthesia, because I often think in shapes. I also think in motion, feelings, and the more usual ways of words and pictures.
