I have been going off my meds and I want to finish and not take them anymore. But my Risperidone going off is making me have sensory issues like not being able to handle the sound of tissues coming out of the box or wanting to have a meltdown when there are fingerprints on my computer screen, etc.

Can you go off the med at a slower pace? That may help..

Ugh. That stuff is astonishingly nasty. You might want to look at this:

I've read that some anti-addiction centers in the UK will help with major-tranquilizer withdrawal, but I'm not aware of any medical support in the US.
