I was in a state when I made the deleted post. I know I repeat myself a lot when I'm stressed. Just people around me not allowing me to be part time verbal. They barrage me with contact I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. Social people won't leave me alone.

I'm highly stressed right now as well, so here is my post:

Tell them to F*CK OFF.

I sometimes don't know how to do this with people who are highly demanding of social interaction, either.

My advice would be to take comfort in whatever 'me'-time you have, and try to see the social interactions you are asked to perform, as a hill to climb to get back to your 'me'-time again. Also, you DON'T have to address every text, mail, or IRL conversation sollicitation you're bombarded with. I cut off contact with people I don't want to talk with at a particular moment.
