I have found the following books very helpful in dealing with AS and it's symptoms:

Eliminating Self Defeating Behaviors by Milton R. Cudney

Living and Loving with Asperger Syndrome by Patrick, Estelle and Jared McCabe

The Definitive Book of Body Language by Barbara Pease and Allan Pease

The Power of Now by Eckhart

People Skills by Robert Bolton

The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf

The Way of Men by Jack Donovan

If anyone has their own reading list they would like to share, or has read any of the books on my list and would like to comment on them, I would like to hear from you.

Asperger Syndrome and Anxiety: A Guide to Successful Stress Management ? Nick Dubin

Aspergirls: Empowering Females with Asperger Syndrome -- Rudy Simone

The Highly Sensitive Person: How to Surivive and Thrive When the World Overwhelms You -- Elaine N. Aron, PhD

That last one isn't specifically about autism, instead it's about highly sensitive person syndrome, but it does address a lot of crossover symptoms and challenges regarding sensory issues and feeling overwhelmed by social overload. It reads like a book for those issues in autism and Asperger's.

Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert A. Heinlein

not about Asperger's, but i was really able to relate to it, and it helped me survive high school.
