What physical diseases or disorders can have symptoms that appear like autism?

What else can cause sensory overload? low muscle tone and weakness? shutdowns?

I remember seeing someone here say that diabetes can make a person seem autistic. I guess because low blood sugar can trigger meltdowns? can anyone elaborate on this?

What comes to mind, immediately, is Tourette's Syndrome.
