I've not been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome but it's highly likely and am beginning the process of formal diagnosis. In a Developmental Psych class I'm taking we were asked to come up with a survey for people based on something that interests us. This is the basis for selecting Asperger's Syndrome.

This survey is very short and simple. I'd like to thank participants in advance.

1- How many children in the family were diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome?
2- How many children in the family total?
3- What are the genders of the children?
4- What are the ages of the children?
5- At what age were they when diagnosed with AS?
6- Are there other family members (parents, grandparents, uncles/aunts, etc.) with ASD?
