Can someone who is nonverbal still go through echolalia? I'm not very familiar with this, so I was really curious to know what people thought of it. I know what it is, but I just don't know if someone who is nonverbal can go through it as well. I know I do have periods of it from time to time, but I have little to no issues with my speech. It's not something i can really relate to.

there are different types of Echolalia and sometimes there are cases that are not related to autism. I have Echolalia and its all mental, a word will repeat in my head over and over again but i used to have Verbal Echolalia and would say phrases over and over. sometimes its repeating what you just said, or repeating what another person says,
