I recently made a new Spotify account because my old one was cluttered and I couldnt do much about this because some of my playlists are being followed. Ive been loving the process of creating playlists out of genres and just rifling through the database. I can spend ages just listening adding and optimising my categorisation system. Anyone else love making lists and streamlining organisation systems?

Yeah.
I have lists concerning most of my activities.
Several lists for books
Two lists for TV Shows
A list for video games
More lists for various franchises
I'm also busy archiving my games into another video game list

I will also calculate the time required to complete an activity, create a schedule by compiling data from lists.

I used to waste time in class back in high school by writing lists of all sorts of things. I'd write lists of my favorite songs, my life goals, parts I want to buy to upgrade my computer, cards to build Magic: The Gathering decks, and all sorts of other stuff like that. I think I still have a bunch of my old lists somewhere in a box.

I like lists so much that it has been a regular therapy topic. The lists can be pretty extensive and at times I get carried away and overcome with anxiety trying to complete each item on my various lists.

Usually I have my:

1) Playlists
2) "To-Dos" for the day (actually helps me get productive at work)
3) "To-Dos" for the year
4) Crafts projects to complete
5) Clothing inventory, organized by type (sweater, workshirt, skirt, etc.), and then color
6) Books to read in the future
7) Writing projects to complete for both my blog and another thing I'm working on
8) Grocery shopping lists

I don't know if I can call it a "joy" but I tend to make a lot of lists out of perceived necessity. I don't like chaos. I need things to be comprehensive and organized. Although I sometimes get overwhelmed and stressed by lists, I do get a rewarding sense of satisfaction when a list is completed and perfect.

I used to organize books, trading cards, and other things. I got messy. Even my desktop is a mess, but my bookmarks are organized.

I'm a list addict. Lists for everything - I'm super OCD about my lists.

Ah, lists; how I love them so.

I write lists. A lot.

I love that feeling of ticking something off on my to-do list, or re-organizing my spotify.

I don't like or dislike lists but without them nothing would happen.

I have a daily and weekly lists. With stuff on them like feed dog, recycling, bin, dishwasher etc. And they're laminated so I can check the things off when I have done them.

Love lists and use my calendar diary to list daily and impending things I need or want to do. Once it's written in there, I largely cease to worry about it, it's on the list, I won't forget, and it has been assigned a date that will fit in with my other things going on.

Having lists everywhere is great preparation for when you lose your memory.

I have a list of what lists I maintain...

NOTHING gets done if it's not on a list

I love Evernote. I can always speak a note and email it to myself to be added to official list when I'm home

I do enjoy making lists. It's easily one of my favorite activities. I often sit down and write lists of my favorite shows, games, movies, books, death metal albums etc., updating them every so often to keep them accurate--knowing all the while that no one but me is EVER going to read or care about them.

Demon's wind, the stars answer your desire
