Does kicking my heel repeatedly while laying on my bed count as stimming? What about getting up to drink water over and over or drumming patterns on my torso for a long time? 8O Can any repetitive action be considered stimming?

I think 2 of them could be, I am not sure about water though, is there a thought process connected to the water or are you always thirsty.

OCD has repetitive behaviours I think its connected to a thought process of having to do it or something bad will happen, with AS stimming there is not a thought process like that attached to it.

Kicking your heel and drumming your fingers might be. About the water, you may want to make sure you don't have diabetes.
