That is cool!

When I was one of the house managers for the Salt Lake County Center for the Arts, our three venues had large flat-screen monitors located throughout the lobbies showing the performances in real time. We kept the lobbies quiet for obvious reasons, and many patrons (especially those with noisy babies) would be able to watch and hear the performances while calming their kids, needing some quiet(er) time or just a walk. Now, I realize that it would have helped people with ASDs, too. Of course, the performances didn't make any accommodations, but it was still helpful.

I'm pretty sure the lion king show in some places did autism friendly screenings, though I'm not into theatre so I didn't pay any attention. Most cinemas have autism friendly screenings though I think it is just kids films that they show like this. This is what they have in cinemas here: Link
