How is your weekend so far?
1).....The Question
"How is your weekend so far?"
2)...Statement by Ghosthunter

This week is not great, but I am learning coping
skills through a job at a front desk job. The owner
has given me the privledge to examine coping
skills through his abusive nature.
Friday 6pm:
I am given a scrap of paper with no names or dates
of the current guest. I will have a good online session
with you folks just the same. I will tell guests trying
to check in that we are a full house(we are not)
because of the vaguity of who's in the building.
No incidents to cause alarm(though I am always
on guard in this 21 hour a week job).
Saturday 2:30pm:
After getting off work at midnight, I stay online
with you folks until around 2am. I get up at
2:30pm. The minute I step down the steps to
go online until my 6pm shift, low-and-behold
the owner of the traveller dorm setting starts
yelling at me for not checking in a few guests.
I explain(with as much of a reasonable voice, though
not doing a good job at it) that if I don't have reliable
information on who's in the building I will say
we are a full house, and to further this,
the last time I second guessed your paperwork
being inadequate you blamed me and gave!! !
me a 3 day notice, thoug later revoked that.
I further say that to this day I will say we
are full house unless I have proper paperwork,
and in a huff he creates a semi-clean sheet.
I leave and tell him you should learn manners
and be polite to your employee's.
Sunday 10am:
He comes in to push my buttons. It tell him
to learn manners, and I won't be yelling at you
back. I also say you are pushing pass a barrier
that will cause a chain. Push..Push..3 day notice..
See you at 6pm and learn some manner's...
I say. Where's my money?...Push...Push....
he continues. I drop my computer bag(Oops!)
and physically put out my fists, and say don't
push. He and I separate. I write a proper
reciept before he takes his cash so he can sign
it. I then proceed to leave early and say see you
at 6pm. He later asks me to finish making up
room #4 and his friend say's he just wanted to
push my buttons. 6pm I have one more round
of "As the Ghosthunter turns" to go through before
I can continue my regular life and TV show called
life. I am now online and feeling better.
Hmmm!
3)....The question repeated
"How was your weekend?"

My weekend has been terrible. It has been raining off and on on Saturday and Sunday, and I have been feeling terribly socially isolated.
Mine was good. Yesterday, me and my dad went to Helen, Georgia. There was this one shop that had a lot of dragon things, and my dad bought me a sculpture of a blue Chinese dragon. Then today, he took me to Media Play and I got two Rurouni Kenshin manga (comic books, for those who don't know what manga means).
This last week was hell, but it was over Thursday at 3:04pm, so I took the weekend off to relax, and I've been thoroughly enjoying myself. So I voted Very Good.
Glad to hear things get better when you log on here, Ghosthunter. It always sucks when people try to push your buttons just for the sake of seeing you react. My brother used to do that sometimes when I was living at home. I'd be up late at night painting because that was the only time I could have the house to myself. He'd sneak up behind me and touch me just to see me jerk and spin around or cry out, and then I'd have to snap back into real-world mode and try to pretend everything's normal.

I hope it improves. I hear it rains 9 months
in the year there, but that is here-say!
How often does it rain their, and when does
it not rain as much? How close to Seattle are
you?

Excellent poll, ghosthunter!
My weekend was good....got some reading
done and didn't have to go into work...didn't
get as much housework/cleaning done as I
had hoped though.
I am glad you had a good weekend. What books
do you like to read, and what are your favorite
series? Mine would be Harry Potter.
I have been gradually trying to learn how to
communicate and express to you folks so I can
better myself.
I try to take to heart constructive advice, and
this poll this was one of the ones I have been
working on. Hmmm? How am I doing in the
communication department? Thanks for your
compliment on the survey also.

Hmmm? Nice brother(RIGHT!! !! !!) I hope you guys
get along better. What really sucks is now I will
have to burnout all data on a CD and reinstall
my operating system. I will do this once a month
anyways, but since utilities are complaining about
some nasty issue, OH! Well!.
How am I doing in the communication and survey
department? I am trying to take to heart the
constructive critism's and be a better communicator.
I also wish Scoots and Postperson would drop by
for a visit.

This is not a secret if you look in my blog, or one of my previous posts. I do not live in Seattle. I live in Upstate New York. This is because my mother went to get her degree in criminal justice. She ended up not getting her degree because pressure was worrying her. However, I have to stay here and finish high school. My mother is back in Seattle, and trying to get her life together. Interestingly enough, it has rained off and on and even thundered. It is very hot or very snowy here in the summer and winter months. Out of respect for my hometown, I have chosen not to change my location on my profile.

It went alright could have been better if I
hadn't been sick and the rest of the family
not been sick either.

My weekend was interesting but it was not the perfect weekend.
Good Parts:
I had to run to La Crosse WI because the scout troop my brothers are part of was holding their pigroast fundraiser this past weekend. I like the 1 hour 15 minute drive through mostly SE Minnesota Blufflands and across the MIssissippi.
My part of the pigroast was to eventually assist in making bread. Because of the lack of proper equipment, I had to mix the ingrediants in an old mixer, give them off to the person rolling the bread, wash the mixing blades so that the next mix would not stick as much to them, and then do the next mix. We did this 50 times.
After the dinner, I had a discussion with the Scoutmaster. He would like it if I could attend more meetings. Apparently, I can get the younger scouts to learn skills without effort whereas the other leaders need to pull teeth to get them to do the same thing.
Bad Parts:
My brother in Buffalo managed to piss off everyone in his family in one week. I do not want to get into it here.
I do not mind sleeping at my step-mothers house in La Crosse but I do not get much sleep because her husband keeps those damn scanners (they have 3) in their house on full volume thoroughout the night.
All and all though, it was a good weekend.

You have to love relatives! Hmmmm?
I see in your posts you travel alot.
I personally like travelling on Greyhound
myself since you see things most people
don't in a car. What is it a about travelling
around that you like?
I am glad you had a OK weekend. How
am I doing in the communication dept.
and survey dept. ? I have been gradually
taking to heart comments and critisms
and hope they improve my communication.

It's a long weekend here, Monday is ANZAC day, which is like a war remembrance day, so people here are pretty cruisy on long weekends.
We get a lot of tourists here because they took the war seriously in this town - they thought the Japs would invade and actually built trenches and stuff that of course, which were never needed - it's a tourist site now, the place where they built all that stuff, and we have like big fixed guns (forget what these things are called) pointed out at the harbour mouth, so there's quite a bit of war memorabilia and stuff here.
Anyway, it rained softly all day Saturday so I was stuck inside with two bored young dogs all day, bleh. Sunday was a bit better, there was a bit of sun in the morning so I did some weeding and took the dogs to the beach in the afternoon, where all the other dogs seemed to want to play with them - they were very popular and people seemed to want to talk to me - maybe it's just the tourists in town, but a couple of people want to ask what it's like living here, because a lot of people move here to get away from the extreme heat in the state capital here and some other lady wanted to ask me about a big malamute who was hanging around with my dogs....sometimes it's really chatty and social down there and other days you don't speak to anyone.
Today it's supposed to me nice and sunny so I might do some more weeding or something, the weeds are taking over here! Dunno, haven't really thought about what to do as I've just got up and had my tea and toast.
So not too bad a weekend really.

What is interesting about what you said is that the
Japenese invasion scare. Usually channel 9 public
television has stuff on this kind of thing. They lap it
up like milk to a cat. I am glad that you brought this
to my attention. I am still suprised.
Oooh! Living near a beach, I always wanted to live
near a beach. The closest was in Northern California,
near the Oregon border. Around 40 miles from my
favorite small town, Eureka-Ca and Arcata(universiy town),
is a trailer beach community I would occasionally visit.
Ooooh! Like I said I always wanted to live near a beach.
Otherwise, I find the tourists interesting to talk to down
here at the travellers dorm setting. Austrailians
flocked recently last month into the lodging, right
now it is the Asian culture folk. They love to ask
about american culture. I can understand why they
ask you things. You live there and they are awed by
the envirement there.
How am I doing in my survey and communciation work so
far? I have been taking to heart advice and criticism.
May your day not be WEEDY and weedily intertwined,
and I am glad your weekend was good. You have to love
tourists and their enthusiasm.
Sincerely,
Ghosthunter

Well, my weekend has sucked. Prom was.... well, it was bad. You can read about it if you really want to. http://www.wrongplanet.net/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=2667
Since then, my little brother hasn't taken his ADD medication yesterday or today. He's already a rude little jacka** with his medication. Without it, he's that and he never stops yelling and screaming rather than controlling his voice. And he's also easily annoyed and distracted and angered. Having two people with short fuses stuck in a house for a weekend is never a good idea.
But, I'm good at discipline anyways. As long as my mom's not around, he's under decent control.
Anyways, since prom, my NT mask decided to fall off thanks to my sadness. I have lost all AS hiding skills. I'll hopefully bounce back in a week. But until then, I'm fairly depressed. *sigh* Why aren't people as blunt as we are with our true emotions? If people could just walk up to you and say they don't like you the way you like them, life would be so much simpler. But no, people have to feel sorry for you. They have to get someone else to be only a bit more blunt and make it slightly more obvious they don't like you. Maybe the thought of walking up and saying it to my face scares her? I thought we were the ones with social anxiety? All the other girls have rejected me face to face. This one is a friend, maybe that's why she won't tell me. I don't know. Why does it matter anyways?
Really depressed,

I know you're going to ask me, so I'll answer you know. You're posts are now readable and you're communicating much better than the way you used to.
