Is Jens Stoltenberg an aspie?

Yesterday I've seen video on Stoltenberg's meeting with Estonian Defence Minister http://www.nato.int/cps/en/natohq/news_114965.htm and this was the first time I saw NATO General Secretary in action - while he is making speech, answering questions and so on.

As for me the way he speaks and moves looks like many people with AS do - awkward robotic motions, not loud and often monotonous speech, his sight dircting to some random points over the camera and heads of journalists and so on. His hobbies also fitting the stereotype - spending time with family in their house and single skiing in the wilderness - both away from unknown people, crowds and lond sounds.

I know that there is much more tolerate to AS society in Norway so it won't be surprise that they were able to elect multiply such leader for their nation. If yes then no doubt he has some special interest in politics-related subjects, he looks like "philosopher king" as was emperor Marcus Aurelius.
