my the autumn specialist at my school says that I should be putting a placement to learn regular daily living skills and not take the regents or sats because it makes me too anxious.

I'm getting an evaluation on wensday for the CSE meeting

I don't know what tests are going to be done.

I never took SATs either, but it wasn't due to anxiety. It was because of my learning delays, I believe. Thing is, in order to get into college, they expect you to take the SATs though too. I don't know how that works for someone wit a disability that prevents them from doing them. D:

I think the sat is too hard too. I don't know if I have any learning delays though.

You might be able to get accommodations to take the SATs. You have to give them proof and submit it early, and then register for the test earlier than other students.

This describes the types of accommodations you can get, but I think there might be other kinds. I think one girl took the test online from her house.

Anyway...you probably wouldn't have to take the SAT for at least another year, anyway.

You could, in the meantime, work really hard on your recovery.

I have a feeling that your therapist is underestimating you.

In the past, were you able to cook dinner, or do laundry, etc?
