If I'm reading your post correctly, you are talking about verbal stimming, yes?
If so - and if it is due to needing to have your mouth do something - sometimes it can be distracted or otherwise satiated by chewing or playing with an oral chew-toy. If it is sound-stimming it's sometimes possible to learn to satiate it with humming or singing somewhat quietly to yourself for those times when it's not socially acceptable to constantly speak out loud. But beware that any time you distract or side-shift stimming, it may build up. You may need time afterwards when you can stim to your heart (or ears or mouths) content.
But really, at home unless you are so loud you are disturbing others, why is it a problem?
