Does strict adherence to routine lessen when you don’t have to interact with anyone for days or weeks at a time?

For me, yes it does.

Yes it does. I guess it's because I feel a little more "at ease" so to speak by myself. I still have routine, but I am a little more flexible with time.

I don't think social interaction has any affect on my need for routine.

My need for routine increases because of EF issues (forgetting to eat, etc).

What routine does is lessen uncertainty, which lessens conflict, which lessens anxiety.
The addition of other people and interactions into the equation adds very large amounts of uncertainty.
