I recently bought a weighted blanket and it is really helpful.

I am looking into buying a weighted vest but I need to keep to a budget.

I saw on Amazon that you can buy weighted vests primarily for use in exercise and weight loss.

I don't want to lose weight or do heavy exercise but I do want a vest that can apply weight and pressure.

Does anyone have any experience with weighted vests? Any advice?

I don't have experience with weighted vests but I just wanted to utilize four certainly overused jokes:

1. Investigation will take place
2. You will make a good investment
3. I hope you lack vestibular hypersensitivity
4. Careful of what others post, because they may have an invested interest

Or a "vested" interest.

I'm glad you've benefited from the vest. I hope it didn't cost too much.

Are you off from Uni now?

I haven't bought the vest yet. It's the blanket that I find therapeutic. I will ask my support worker to help me with the vest.

I am on Christmas break from uni, yes.

I love having a weighted vest. I find it really useful. I think it'd be a good investment.

I also suggest looking into compression stuff if you haven't. I use compression shirts more than my weighted vest because they work easily as a layer under any clothing and also mean I don't need to feel the texture of the clothing on my skin.
