I'm a HUGE fan of yours, and I miss you terribly!! I think you're incredibly intelligent, have ALOT to contribute to this site, and I always learn so much, from you!! I hope you'll be able to grace us with your presence, again, REAL SOON----no pressure, though----I just wanted to let you know, you're missed.

Happy Holidays!!

Where is she/he any way!? I found their contribution invaluable!

She's a woman. I wish I knew where she was. If there was any way to get into her LFA site (which I believe she started), then one could gain insights. One has to be either LFA or a caretaker of one with LFA, though, I believe. I get the feeling some kind of documentation is required.

This is starting to come off as a bit stalkerish now.

Or a "who can publicly show the most concern for KoR" competition.

Stop pressurising her, folks. Crying out loud.

EDIT: Also, we still use Merry Christmas in the UK, not the unbelievably anodyne Happy Holidays.

If you knew how much I hate Christmas, then that was a belter of a comeback, to be fair. I'm more likely to win a Nobel Prize next year than have a "happy" holiday.

I don't care. I'm not a stalker.

KoR, I hope your 2015 is full of all things you desire!

Be well. ♡♡♡

I thought as much. It was only by terrific self restraint that I suppressed the temptation to throw in lots of hugsy wugsies, too.

In any case, I hope the bleak winter is not too bloody awful for you.

No, but the cumulative effect of the KoR cult is bit stalkerish, is it not?

I'd be freaked out if people kept on giving me these unctuously overblown, self-conscious messages of "caring" behind my back. Too much "positive" affection can be just as overwhelming as too much negative attention: just ask the victim of any stalker who professes undying love for his or her stalkée.

I have, and always will, wish KoR the best.

But this behaviour is just starting to weird me out big time now.

Nah, I love bleak weather: the bleaker the better :p

It's everything else about Christmas that I hate... More family get-togethers? Torture... :?

I use the term "Happy Holidays" when I don't know if the person might be Jewish----or, of some other religion.

December 25th is a pagan holiday that the Christian church just assimilated.

For me Christmas is about thinking of others and to be honest I am not a religious person.

Happy Christmas just sounds so much warmer then happy holidays. :)

It's actually a tradition on WrongPlanet for many people to wish a poster well when it is thought the poster has possibly fallen on hard times, or even is missed because he/she is not posting.

I've never heard anybody refer to this behavior as "stalkerish."
