I do a full body stim every day when I wake up and go to bed where I rock and fantasize with music. It is becoming an issue because I suffer from migraines and the music makes it worse but is necessary to get full input effect.

Also, whenever I get bored with the "stim songs" it's like I can't stim to any others or those and I get cranky. My mom thinks I should do small stims like playing with a string throughout the day but those like the leg rubbing I do are not enough. I usually need a full body at least 1-2 times per day for at least 30-60 mins.

I used to do a rocking and grimacing with objects stim but stopped due to bullying and now it hasn't worked in years. What would be a full body daydreaming stim that I can do without music. My headphones also keep breaking and I have trouble replacing them.

The thing is, I have one full body stim where I roll around in my bed, kind of like a cat.

Never tried to rid myself of it, don't think I'll stop either.
