t AutHaven, we will be hosting a dinner for our donors [and ourselves] This is the tentative buffet menu.

Prime rib w/ horseradish and aujus

chile relleno casserole [ no meat,but there is dairy]

mushroom and crabmeat stuffed chicken [ available both with dairy and dairy/gluten free]

Indonesian vegetable stew

assorted veggies, relishes, breads [regular and gluten free]

assorted desserts,including one sheet cake with the "AutHaven" logo sprayed on it.

Nothing is really "matchy-matchy" but people seemed to like it that way last year. What do you guys think?

The menu looks good to me.
