I am being bullied/harassed by an individual whom I do not know personally, which has escilated to a point where he will chase me in his car while I am driving and purposly drives his car into mine.

I wanted to know if there is any laws within the UK that give extra protection to vulnerable adults such as myself? I have diagnosed high functioning autism.

The police are basically telling me that harassment is a hard thing to prove and they are doubting all the evidence I have and everything so I want to know if there is any extra laws or special laws in this area which mean they have some duty to act reasonably given my condition(s) an the situation(s) I have been in.

I don't think an extra law will help you here - because stalking and harassment are already against the law as is dangerous driving.

However, you made need advocacy to ensure that they take your complaint seriously. These people might be able to help you:
