I was born prematurely, 28 wks. I excelled in language in terms of speaking and reading from an early age, but I had delays in physical and mental development elsewhere. I only socialize with people I feel comfortable with, (That doesn't include most family members, though I love them), and often don't or can't say what my brain is thinking. People say I'm smart, though I don't feel like it - i'm often forgetful, and have to think hard for slightly complex thought processes such as puzzle-solving and critical thinking.

You seem like you're reasonably intelligent, based on what you write.

Why don't you email? If you could write on your brother's thread, you could create one on your own.

Obviously, no one here could tell if you have autism based on merely a written description.
