How true is such an axiom, you reckon? Are we all 'here' because our origins? Is there any hope for someone whose parents not only didn't provide such a support platform, but earlier on removed any possibilities? Is there any hope when the law practically enslaves children to their parents for the first couple of decades?

There's a book titled 'Bad Childhood, Good Life' by Dr Laura Schlesinger. You might want to take a look at it.

I hope you find happiness soon. :)

I am literally here because of my parents, and most of us are here because of our parents as well, unless you were conceived through in-vitro or something. I mean, my parents had sex, and I was the baby that resulted.

I'm also here because my parents got frisky on a February night in 1974 to be exact.
